Fruit Smoothie

Fruit Smoothie:

1/2 cup dried fruit or 3 tbsp Apricot Crystals
enough liquid to cover fruit
1 cup milk / dairy substitute / juice
1 banana
optional: frozen or fresh fruit of your choosing

In a bowl, cover dried fruit with liquid and let sit overnight. In the morning simply add your rehydrated fruits to a blender, mix with banana and preferred liquid for a healthy and delicious smoothie.
